Throughout the six weeks of summer camps, campers engaged in a variety of enriching activities that sparked their curiosity, ignited their imagination, and fostered a lifelong love of learning. From mythical beasts to space exploration, each week offered a unique and unforgettable experience that left campers inspired and empowered to dream big and reach for the stars.
Mythical Beasts
Welcome to Mystical Beasts Adventure Camp, where young explorers will embark on an enchanting journey into the realm of mythical creatures and legendary beasts! Over four exciting days, campers will immerse themselves in the wonders of folklore, storytelling, art, and adventure as they discover the mysteries of mythical creatures from around the world.
Explorers of the World
Campers set sail on an adventure about many of the explorers of the world integrating hands-on learning. For example, science through building their own mini Viking longships using recycled materials and racing them in a makeshift Viking voyage challenge, art in creating their own water-based creations, and much more!
Wonders of the World
Howdy Texas
From Cowboys and the Wild West to a fight for freedom, Texas history is action packed with adventure and drama. Campers will learn about our amazing history through dramatic play, hands-on activities, and Texas food.
Eat Your History
Join us for a geography adventure through food! Campers embark on a culinary journey around the world, learning about different cultures and their traditional foods. They explore the rich diversity of global cuisine, discussing ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques from various regions. They learn basic cooking skills such as chopping, mixing, and sautéing while creating delicious gluten-free recipes inspired by international cuisines.
Out of this World
Throughout the camp, campers are encouraged to explore, ask questions, and engage in hands-on activities that spark their curiosity about the universe. By combining astronomy education with space-themed fun and tasty treats, the camp provides a memorable and enriching experience that inspires a lifelong passion for space exploration.

Mythical Beasts

Beginner's Machine Sewing
Are you ready to unleash your creativity and learn the art of machine sewing? In this four-day workshop designed specifically for students over 11, you'll dive into the world of sewing and create two fabulous projects: a stylish pillowcase and a cozy pair of pajama pants!
